Privacy Policy
Effective August 11, 2026. What Athena learns about you stays between you and Athena unless you say otherwise.
What we collect
Your account details, the profile you share, your conversations with Athena (voice is transcribed to text), photos you upload, your general location derived from a ZIP code, and purchase records.
How Athena uses it
To understand you, to decide whom to introduce you to, and to support you once introduced. Sensitive attributes (ethnicity, religion) are stored only with your explicit consent.
What other members see
Your first name, age, general area, photos you choose, and Athena's own words about you. Never your conversations, ZIP code, email, or exact location.
Processors
OpenAI (reasoning, speech), Supabase (data and authentication), Stripe and Apple (payments). Each receives only what its function requires.
Your rights
You can read what Athena understands about you, correct it in your own words, withdraw consents, export your data by request, and delete your account at any time.
